Here you will find information related to mindfulness and how you can capitalize on the benefits that a practice of mindfulness can offer you.  This site will include summaries of articles, informative stories, and strategies that you may find helpful in creating your own practice. 

The emphasis here will be approaches that you can use regardless of spiritual or religious affiliation or background.  This more secular approach based upon the foundational work of Jon Kabat-Zinn but contributed to and built upon by many other authors and researchers has been used to help many individuals with various conditions and difficulties. 

We will try to summarize these works here and offer ways  that we can  integrate this information into a daily practice of mindfulness.
